1. Who we are
InsureUPI ("InsureUPI", "we", "us") is a product of Pranix AI Labs Private Limited, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. InsureUPI is an information and comparison platform for financial and security products — including credit cards, loans, insurance and related products — available to users located in India. InsureUPI is currently in active development and onboarding partner banks/NBFCs; it does not itself lend money, issue cards, underwrite insurance, or hold any funds on behalf of users.
2. Information we collect
When you use InsureUPI to browse or request a comparison/eligibility estimate, we may collect:
- Contact information: name, email address, and phone number, so we can respond to your request or follow up with relevant product information.
- Financial information: details such as income range and employment status, used solely to generate an indicative eligibility estimate for the products you're comparing.
- Usage and diagnostic information: basic app/site interaction data and crash/performance diagnostics, used to keep InsureUPI working reliably and to understand which features are useful.
We do not require you to create an account to browse InsureUPI. A separate, restricted sign-in exists only for verified distribution partners (DSAs) and internal staff.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above only to:
- Provide the comparison and eligibility-estimate features you request;
- Respond to your enquiries and follow up on a product interest you've expressed;
- Maintain, secure, and improve the reliability of InsureUPI (diagnostics and analytics).
4. Sharing of information
As of the date above, InsureUPI does not share your personal or financial information with any third party, including banks, NBFCs, or insurers, because no live partner-bank integration is active yet. If and when we begin routing applications to partner banks/NBFCs, this policy will be updated in advance to describe exactly what is shared, with whom, and for what purpose, and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
We may share information with service providers who help us operate InsureUPI (for example, hosting and infrastructure providers), bound by confidentiality obligations, solely to provide the service to you.
5. Data retention
We retain the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your request and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
6. Your choices and rights
Providing your contact and financial details is optional and only needed if you want a personalised comparison or eligibility estimate — you can browse product information on InsureUPI without submitting any personal data. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by writing to us at the email address below.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable safeguards.
8. Children's privacy
InsureUPI is intended for users 18 years of age and older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as InsureUPI evolves, particularly as partner-bank integrations go live. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
